    Is my probation officer setting me up to be incarcerated at my next scheduled appt?
    My po scheudled my next appt for 3pm sharp two weeks from today.I was recently violated for a class c misdeamenor and he's not happy.could he be setting me up to be taken into custody?does he have the power to do that if the prosecutor agrees and is 2 weeks enough time for him to do that?

    He's a cop. Five minutes is enough, and he doesn't need anybody's permission, either.
