Do you sing in a church choir or school show choir or glee club? Talk with the teacher/director about this? Do you have a voice teacher? Talk with him/her. Talk with your parents.

Who says you have talent? (Friends and family don't count.)

You are getting ahead of yourself, for now just put a video of YouTube. When you see what happens with that, then you go on from there, with a talent agency.

Probably the best way for you to start is to put music into your school curriculum. Its said that learning to play the piano makes learning other instruments and singing a lot easier to do. You might consider joining the school theater and trying out for some plays. Even if the play is not a musical, it will get you used to performing in front of a crowd and give you confidence. If your lucky(and you can continue in college) you might try out and land a part in a musical production at school, then you get to sing in front of an audience as well as act.
There are self teaching electric pianos you can get for fairly cheap (Birthday Anyone?) they will teach you about chords and fingering but a school class would be ideal. In school you get to play a two thousand dollar piano.
Hold off on the U-tube for now, by sixteen if you have done a few things, you'll be much more polished and less likely to embarrass yourself. Besides, U-Tube will require a lot of preparation, like a nice background, good sound and video equipment to get the best results. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with a 14 year old posting a music video on U-Tube, as long as you don't break any copyright rules. Weird All Yankovich gets around that by using someone else's music, and making his own words, a parody of a song is legal.
