    I have a parole violation
    I was violated of my parole.I was on a gps at the time. I was returing from night school.buses were running late.the gps at first showed me leaving the house around 11pm and moving towards hillsway.but I am on hillways moving towards my house.what happens now?

    You can call your PO and explain yourself also if there were no stops made other then a bus route then you may be OK. If you stopped somewhere then your going to need to explain that too.

    The PO may varify it with the bus driver, or if he violates you, and you go to court, you will have to call the bus driver and perhaps some fellow students on the bus as witnesses for you.

    Also if the bus has a video camera on it ( many buses do) that tape would be a good witness if it is date and time stamped

    What do you mean you were violated of your parole? Did you violate it? And are you confused about where you are? The GPS shouldn't be wrong. Is this a GPS that tracks you for legal purposes? If not you won't get into trouble unless someone reports you
