The past few days I have had pain in both of my sides near my hips and also in my lower abdomen it usually only happens right before my monthly but that hasn't came yet so I don't know what is causing does anyone possible know?

Doctors have a tough enough time diagnosing men with non-specific abdominal pain, but women have even more possibilities, don't all we women know. It's just not something anyone online can help with, sorry. And saying 'go to a doctor' may mean a pelvic exam and your abdomen felt for masses, and if none found, you may be sent home with 'call if it continues, gets worse, or changes.' Then you may have ultrasound or further tests.

As for those feelings just before your period, you could be simply a few days late.
I think many if not most women experience varying degrees of discomfort to pain before their periods.
Some women experience them during mid-month ovulation, called 'mittelschmerz,' German for middle pain. They are only treated with over the counter pain relievers and are not considered a disease unless pain is debilitating.
