My 91 civic idel races and will not drop down
My 91 civic idel races and will not drop down without me manually pushing on the linkage.. I am not getting full travel out of my linkage... how do I get it to recover for lack of a better word? There appears to be a broken vacuum line under the injector body(if that makes any sense) next to the linkage. I think it would help if I could see a schematic of what it is supposed to look like... Thanks in advance for your help

See if the throttle cable popped loose from the bracket next to the master cylinder reservoir.

You may also need to clean the throttle plate and throttle body with spray cleaner--it may be sticking.
