I'm afraid if an entire hospital staff can't figure it out there is little people who haven't seen him, don't know his history or have access to his lab reports, can say.

How old is he? Are the Doctors 100% sure it's viral? Is his blood pressure "bad" because it's low or high?

Someone has to demand answers but maybe no one (at this point) has any. I know it can take a fairly long period for lab results to come back.

I am so sorry you're going through this. Not that it would matter at any age but he's so young.

Has the hospital brought in outside consultants?

Yes , they are awaiting result . I am just trying to see if any suggestions out on the web . You never know what could have been overlooked. And with his rapid deterioration any suggested conditions could be looked at.

And thank you for your concern
