    Kitchen faucet problem
Cold water comes out of the kitchen faucet but the hot water side does not. Started getting weak then eventually stopped working.

    Hi Ahburns...

I'd check the hot shutoff under the sink to start... make sure water is getting through the shutoff by turning the shutoff off and then disconnect the hot side braided hose (or tube supply) and then direct the hose toward and bucket and turn the hot shutoff back on to a full stream into the bucket. If you get a good stream then the issue is probably up in the faucet.

If the problem is behind the shutoff then you would need to shut off the hot water to the house and disassemble the shutoff to find the issue. If the problem is up in the faucet then you will need to disassemble the faucet and clean/clear all parts, pulse water on to clear the valve body and then reassemble the faucet to see if all is fixed. If that fails to fix the issue then it will make sense to replace the entire cartridge assembly to the faucet, OK?
