How is attach boiler plate with boiler shell and how should be ' v ' (degree) for welding
I have a Hobart 600 automatic gas fired furnace. The first thing is I cannot see a circulater pump or a air tank. I can not tell if it is steam or hot water. When I go to fill the system with water, the system fills and then the water continues to flow out to the drain pipe.
I have a low pressure steam boiler. The power light is lit but the fuel light and the service sw light isn't lit. I checked the t-stat and transformer. At the transformer I have 120v at the load and 24v coming out and the boiler is not firing up. What can I do to staart this boiler?

I have a 1290 sft basement and a 22 * 24 ft garage with infloor heating. I would like to purchase a boiler, but am not sure what to get. Also limited to room. Is their a wallmount that I can purchase? The garage is on 2 runs and the basement is on 4 runs. Please help. Stephen
