    Retailers? Realtors? Is this for a course? Too vague. But if that's the question, then you need to explore the net. No one here is going to write your paper for you.
    A quick search on 'Hispanic spending US' shows a wealth of information about how US Hispanic spending has outpaced the rest of US spenders.
    As for what any given group buys and why, you need to do your own research, on such areas as savings rates and targeted marketing.
