    Paternity for deceased father
    The father of my child died before she was born.. we were not married and his family is not cooperating.. how do I get a hold of his dna which is on file at the medical examiners office for dna testing?

    You get a lawyer and ask for it through the courts. You need it for DNA and benefits for the child.
