    Help me find a title to this movie that I watched when I was little PLEASE!!
    I need to know the title to a movie okay. The movie plot is weird but this is all i remember....
    There is this little boy who is going thur this city with this man or a couple men, the city is getting destoried my cannon balls. So the man with the boy gets up jumps three times and can run super fast so fast that he stops the cannon ball from hitting something. then at the end of the movie he ends up in this hot air balloon thats made out of old victorian/english women dresses????? Can u help me out????
