Supervised visitation and trying to save a marriage
Hi I am in the process of trying to save my marriage. A long story short my wife and I were separated. I was awarded custody of our son in Virginia, my wife has supervised visitation and we both live in Florida now. We would like to reconcile our marriage but I want to make sure I am not breaking any laws in the process. How do I go about getting the supervised visitation lifted given we now live in a different state?
