1991 Honda Civic-What causes powerloss when climbing hills
I have replaced plugs, wires, airfilter, pcv valve and assembly. New distributor and ignition module. It only happens when I am climbing hills. Normal driving is fine.

    . Check the ignition timing:

It may be retarded too much. Loosen the three distributor mounting bolts and rotate the housing slightly counter-clockwise.

. Replace the fuel filter, if it has not been replaced in the last 60,000 miles or 48 months.

    Is the coil new?
