Trying to find a song by rhythm

Hello guys,I am looking this song for ages... It is a very 'summer' song. It doesn't have lyrics. It was a summer hit for ages, I heard it 2004. It was played at all the beaches. Its rhythm it's like from a xylophone. If anyone knows it please tell me. Thanks
