ColourRemover ? Helppp
Well I've been usuing RUSK Colour Corretor in my hair... It works great gets my hair straight to blonde... but as soon as I go to add any Bleach or Toner to get it to the PLATINUM blonde I want it instatly turns back to my old colour :/ like blackish blue. Help? Wats going on :S
