as stated above the kids are 14 and 16. we live in washington so not in canada or mexico. there were taken from her for her drug usage. the kids say that she is doing better they are supposed to have supervised visitation with her but it has only happened once but they talk almost every night on the phone. this is there mom and they love her and now want to go live with her and there starting to get mad at me cause they dont understand why they cant.
The best advice would be to tell them no. You are their parent and they are minors; there is a reason they were taken away from her.
Perhaps she
is doing better and I hope for everyone's sake, she is. Maybe she can increase her visitation time with them. But no judge in their right mind will grant primary physical custody to a woman who's lost it twice already - your kids can say she's doing better or improved or whatever else they want to say. The court won't allow it and if
you do, it will reflect on your character as a parent.
