    Yes, stop yelling with Caps

    Age of daughters,

Where is this at, laws in Mexico will be different than in Canada ( we are an international site,)

Why were they taken from mom ?

"Who" said she is doing better and what is she getting better from ?

What is the court orders for custody and child support ? And visits

But the girls can not do what they want, they can only do what is from the child cusotdy order

As stated above the kids are 14 and 16. We live in Washington so not in canada or mexico. There were taken from her for her drug usage. The kids say that she is doing better they are supposed to have supervised visitation with her but it has only happened once but they talk almost every night on the phone. This is there mom and they love her and now want to go live with her and there starting to get mad at me cause they don't understand why they cant.

The best advice would be to tell them no. You are their parent and they are minors; there is a reason they were taken away from her.

Perhaps she is doing better and I hope for everyone's sake, she is. Maybe she can increase her visitation time with them. But no judge in their right mind will grant primary physical custody to a woman who's lost it twice already - your kids can say she's doing better or improved or whatever else they want to say. The court won't allow it and if you do, it will reflect on your character as a parent.

Simple answer, she is not even visiting, and I may even consider supervision of what she is telling them on the phone, perhaps speaker phone so that she is not telling them lies.

Mom needs to visit and girls need to get to know her in real life, not just on the phone.

I almost feel this is one of the kids, since I can't believe a loving father would say that "she is the mother" after her not being there for kids, her drug issues, and now her not visiting. And even considering allowing kids to move without knowing for sure, and without kids visiting at all.
