    Getting out of a lease.
    (wisconsin) I have been in my lease for going on 3 months now. My roomates are threatening not only me, but all of my things in the apt. I don't feel safe coming home, and when I do I am very nervous on what is going to happen. It has gotten to the point where I can't even sleep. Is there any way that I can get out of my lease without paying an arm and leg?

    Depends on the terms of the lease. Who is your lease with, the roommates or the owner of the property?
