    What can i do?
Money is being taken out of my check every week, I am having problems with my daughters mother she continues to call and send text messages. If I don't send her extra money she says she is going to go back to court and have another order for more money. Can she do that? Can I do something about her harassing me and my wife?

How long ago was the last order? And were there any big changes since?

If the last order was 13 years ago then most likely your pay has gone up a great bit. So she can ask for it to be reviewed. So long as no changes in custody its likely there will be an increase.

I will agree, over 13 years, I am sure you are making more money now than then. Child support is based on a percent of your income. So it is most likely time for mom to go back to court.

So you and mom need to either set a new amount, or tell her to take you to court or stop calling.

"is there someone i can talk to about this situation" yes your lawyer. You might get some help from Legal aide, in my area there are some Township offices that offer free legal aide but I would stop raeding writing texts with her, ignore her and see what happens. Is this alimony or child support?
