    I would like to get a felony off my record that's over 30 years old
    I wrote a precription for a medicine I was taking for A.D.D. I ran out
    Of it and it was the 4th of July and could not locate my Doctor I know it was wrong never the less that's what happened.

    What State? You will have to apply for expungement.
