Failure to appear in court... need advice on what to do.
    Hello

I recently was charged with possession of a controlled substance and I had court yesterday but I thought that I could make it before closing time (5pm) when I got there ( 4:40 pm) it was already closed, so now I have no clue what to do, I've tried calling them but they didn't even answer there calls. Will they make a warrant for my arrest?

Yes, "they" will issue a warrant for your arrest. Go BACK to Court today, explain the situation - get there BEFORE the warrant is issued.

Is this in the US? The Courts in my area were closed for the Federal holiday.
