    Sores in vaginal area
About a week ago I noticed a blister on the inside of my thigh, I naturally thought it was just from the rubbing of my jeans. Later that day I had another look and discovered all there little red dots on my vaginal area, only they don't reach past the top of my lit, mainly just the front of my vaginal area. They had only come up that day as I would have noticed them during my morning shower. It didn't bother me because I shave and often get a bit of shaving rash, that was until I noticed one of them had quickly developed into a small scab. Assuming it was heat rash I didn't think about it for a few days.
But a couple of days later one started to look like a white head, and was a little painful to touch. One more popped up yesterday but the rest are still only small red dots. I also keep finding some small blister all around the front and back of my thighs. I am thinking to get them checked out asap but I'm freaking out that it's something serious! The thing is they are the only symptoms, I'm not itchy or burning or anything, it's just these blisters and dots. It's been 3 weeks since I last had sex and it was with my best friend so I'm certain he would have told me if anything was going on if he knew.
Please I just want to understand a little more so I know how much to stress out.
Also I'm not one to sleep around and have had few sexual partners.

It only takes one, and if they sleep around, having sex with that one is about the same as you sleeping around, since you risk anything that the people he sleep with had.

It may be many things, but you should have it examined to be sure.
