Hampton bay fan remote control signal not always going through.
My cousin is an electrician and just installed our new Hampton Bay Landmark ceiling fan with a Hampton Bay remote control. We have noticed that the remote control does not always get the signal to turn off, on or up. We bought all new rechargeable batteries and charged them. Remote is worse if anything now. Have to stand right by the fan to turn it on.
Do I need to adjust the antenna? Get a new remote and receiver? Why is it doing this?
