    Employer agreement gone wrong
    PA Employer cut hourly wages after 1 month instead of increased as verbally promised. They gave no justification or notification of decrease in wages! What can I do?

    Without a union contract or employment agreement it is employment at will which means the employer can fire you, adjust your pay, do anything within the law. Decreasing your salary is not against the law.

    You can always file for Unemployment due to changed circumstances and see how that plays out.
