    CIVIL LAW
    I went through a divorce and my ex wife is to pay me two hundred dollars a momth,she has quit paying me and i need to file a motion in tn court to see why shw isn't.

    Please tone down the caps... We can't write your motion for you. I'd write a letter to the court and ask the judge to accept your letter as a motion... He probably will. Send a copy to your wife's attorney...

    He needs to file a notice of motion. Yes, it's a statement but that's the implied question. It's not a notice of motion. He would move to hold her in contempt.
