    Bath before fojre salat
    Assalamualaikum oa rahmatullah,
I'm Mostafa from Bangladesh,My question is that whether I have to take bath everymorning before fojre salat (if I have sex with my wife) or not and is there any alternative option of that?

    Wa aleikum salaam wa rahmatullaah.

No, it`s not obligatory to make qhusl in order to have tahara for solaat, unless you have intercourse, or seminal discharge (in my understanding these are the only cases when qhusl is obligatory, including when a kafir accepts Islam). I don`t follow a mathhab, just sunnah, so there may be differences of opinion in other cases, and of course for jumu`ah you should make, but it isn`t a condition for acceptance, but that`s not your question.. If you have wudhu, and you kiss her, you don`t have to make wudhu again, because there`s a Hadiith.

If you have had sex with your wife, then you have to make qhusl (complete bathing) before your namaz is accepted, unless you are excused in Sharia to make tayammum in stead (wich means you strike a place where is clean sand, dust etc. with you both palms, then you may blow off the dust, and wipe them once over your face and hands -so simple and easy Allaah made it for us by His Kindness), due to sickness, or being on a travel and not finding water it is allowed. Ok?

You don`t have to have sex every night, though, but that`s your business. Sometimes The Messenger of Allaah -sAaws- just used to be close to his wives, hug them, kiss them, lie by their side etc, talk with them, pray in the night with them, be cheek next to cheek and so on. There are many ways of showing affection.

    And Allaah knows best.

The Verse you need to see is in Suurat An-Nisaa: Ayah number 43. It explains the ruling quite completely. Study it. May Allaah accept you Solaah, and bless your family, and protect you in all harmony.

Islam is a religion of justice and purity. When you have sex with your wife with a pure intention, you have reward from Allaah, and you are fullfilling your own right and hers. When you wake up and remember Him, do against your desires also and with little difficulty purify yourself even it may be a bit unpleasant, you are now giving the right of Allaah. It is a greater right, and then you are in the process of showing humility, gratitude, patience, love, and fear for Him - and are achieving His love. How great is this? How many people shower everyday for their own enjoyment, and how easy is that? You make intention to shower in order to please your Rabb, then follow sunna, He is pleased with you, and you get enjoyment in your life and afterlife in sha Allaah.
