What is logic ground ecm civic
Honda Civic Ex 2003, 4-door, automatic trans, 1.7L, vtec: With the key on & Ecm's p31 unplugged from the ecm, and measuring voltage from dlc pin 5 (logic ground for ecm) to chassis ground, I get 9 volt reading. Why is that? How does the logic ground function?

Have a 92 Honda civic. Would not start, fuel pump check,relay check and fuses OK. Does the ecm control fuel pump relay? Started checking voltage on MAP sensor when I plugged it back in, it started . If MAP sensor is going out will it fail to activate the fuel relay? Can the ECM be failing...
