    I am on hsmp dependent visa. I will get indefinate stay after 2 years.
    I am on hsmp dependent visa. I will get indefinate stay after 2 years.I have a son also on hsmp dependent visa. My husband is beating me & abusing me in front of my son. I can't stay with him any more. If I take divorce can I get permission to stay here. As I can't go back home & also not eligible to apply for own hsmp visa. Pleae advice what to do?
