    Proation violation
    I was sentenced to 180 days for misdemeanor dui. I sweved 169 days. If I violate probation do I only serve 11 days. And am I off probation when released and not forced to pay fees and jail costs in Arizona

    Can't spread the love excon, but he is right, on probation, unlike parole, if you have only one day left and you violate it, they can ( may not but can) make you serve the entire 180 days in jail.

    If you would have served the 180 and was released you would not have been forced to pay fees but since you were released and to serve the remander of the sentence on probation you will have to pay fines and fees or you could be resentanced to 180 in jail
