    Disabling unwanted home phone jacks
    If we no longer need an existing phone jack, can the wires be cut at wall or will this interrupt service to remaining jacks? Thank you.

    Depends. If only one wire connected to each screw, clip and tape end of wire.
    If more than one wire connected to each screw, remove from screw, twist together, tape and push back in wall.
