    Probate
My mother's Will named all siblings as equal beneficiaries with my brothers as as executor and trustee. My brother has bought my mothers estate for his sons and distributed the money to all the siblings except me. He is refusing to release the money due to an unconnected dispute between me and himself. This dispute has nothing to do with the estate or the Will. Could be advise if I have any right and what action I can take?

Yes, retain an Attorney OR, depending on your State, go to the Court that probated the Will and ask what your rights are. Some Courts are more helpful than others.
