    Get out of mortgage.
Want to get out of mortgage on house. We are current with payments and want to relocate to a different state. We do not owe anything else for anything. What are our best options?

Pay it off, then sell the house... until you fullfuil the mortgage for the full amount owed at the time of payoff. You don't simply get out of it without consequenced. It's a legaly binding contract.

Usually that means selling the house for at least enough to break even... and good luck with that these days unless you've owned it a LONG time before values rose so high.
