    I got caoght shoplifting in sears
    (jefferson co Colorado ) 1st time ever and it was under $200 what do you think the will to to me for punishment?

    It depends on whether you are an adult or a juvenile. But, generally, first time offenders are eligible for a diversion or first time offenders program. Talk to your lawyer, that is your best friend in this matter. Don't admit to anything unless the lawyer tells you its OK to do so.
