    Foot pain
I have a very hard knot in the middle of my foot that's been there for weeks and weeks now and I have no idea what it is but it is hindering my ability to walk normally. You can see after I get out of the shower a white spot that will peel off but what feels like a small stone remains inside my foot and it HURTS! I have to put a pad with a circle cut out of the middle over it which helps somewhat. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it!!

You need to see a Physician - it could be anything from nothing to a growth or tumor. No one here can diagnose you correctly by info posted on the internet.

Honestly, listen to JudyKayTee. If it hurts this bad... get it fixed correctly
