    Harassed by ex-husband
I have a twin sister who divoiced a few years ago. When I had my daughter she moved in with me to look after my baby so I could go back to work. My daughter is turning 4 years old. Recently I went overseas for work and my ex-husband tried to rape my sister but he didn't made it. I'm disgused and I don't want him to see my daughter as I don't know what he is going to do to her. His laywer has sent me letters and asked me to allow him to take away my child for 2 days every fortnight. What should I do? He also stopped paying the mortgage for our house. I'm paying everything including child care fees.

How can he have visits, is he not in jail for trying to rape your sister ?

Using the police report of the rape have you went to court to get his visits restricted to perhaps supervised only.

Was he ordered to pay the mortgage on the house in the divorce paper work ? Normally after you are split up, they don't keep paying the bills.

    Does he pay child support

Thanks a lot for your answer. I have only just done the police report. We are separated haven't completed divorce paper yet. The mortgage is in joint name he just decided he is not putting any money in. I'm hoping to sell the house and move away maybe interstate or overseas. Would the judge allow me to move away with my daughter?

Have on your question? Are you talking about your sister's ex-husband or your ex-husband?

Has the court awarded any visitation or custodial rights for your child to your ex-husband? What do you think he's going to do to your daughter?
