Put all the equations in the standard form first, that is in the form of y = mx + c.

In that form, you get the slope directly by saying what the value of m is.

Can you give it a try?

okay so for the second one, which is Y=3X+7 is M=-7?

Not really. Notice that in the general formula, m is in front of x.

So, if you have y = mx + c, the gradient is m.

Which implies that if you have:
y = 2x + 1, the gradient is 2
y = 2 + x, the gradient is 1 (because you rearrange to get y = x + 2)
2y = 3 - 2x, you need first to put it in the form y = mx + c, that is $y = -\frac22 x + \frac32$ , giving a gradient of -2/2 = -1.

Can you post what you got for all those equations to see if you got them right?
