    My husband has lived in Illinois for 12 years and we have 2 children together and we have been together for 7 years and married 1 year next month. Can I fix his immigration status without leaving the state?

    Please provide more information. What is your status, his status, home country, manner of entry, previous immigration filings, criminal history, etc.
