    Probation
I am currently on felony probation. If I have recently been charged with Felony charges I believe I can beat. Would it help or play any role in the probationer putting a warrant out for me for VOP if I were to pay off the remainder balance of my fees?

Not a bit, the other crime is the issue, you need to use the money , hire an attorney and beat the crime

    Hello A:

If you beat the new charges you won't be violated... They SHOULD wait till the outcome of your new case. But, they didn't ask me what they should do.

There will be a lot of factors that determine what the judge decides in your for the VOP hearing. They take a great many factors into consideration (some you can control and some you can not) your record, work history, drug use, family ties, number of defaults on your record, payment of fees, clean urines, complicity with terms, etc...

Those factors outside your control, the judge's inclinations, the Probation Officer's recommendations, the population in the system in your jurisdiction and the like.

Talk to your lawyer and Probation Officer, a lot will depend on how weak your lawyer can make the other case look to the judge.
