    What are my legal rights as a new tenant?
    I just moved into my apartment the first of the year, and when I walk through the apartment now the floors are so loose that everything shakes. What are my legal rights with this situation? Is this entirely my landlords responsibility?

    What shakes ? Did it shake when you walked though and inspected the apartment ?
