    What contributions did Lincoln Alexander make to Canada?
    I know that he was the first Black Lieutenant-GOvernor, but what exactly is the big deal? Not to sound ignorant or anything, but I don't understand why this was such a big deal? DId he have something significant offer Canada in taking up such a position?
