So, my fiancé and I are having money problems, and we've only been engaged for 3 months. He's recently been booted out of his apartment by his roommates that want to move in a richer roomie. We've made adjustments to our plans, and now he's moving in with my mother and I on a temp basis. He works and attends college part-time, as do I but if we're going to be a family we need to start saving. Any public assistance programs we can tap into, or ways to make extra revenue? We don't want to live with Ma for long XD

Public assistance is not a savings plan, Being a family means living on a budget that you can afford according to your income

There are food stamp programs, family housing, there is possible moving to married family housing if you get married
