No! Brings out my protective nature. Except when they are crying because I screwed up again. :(

Lets face it, what man knows what to do with a crying female except support, and comfort her?

I recently did read an article which states that this is true. I will research to see if I can find it.

First time I heard about that, I do feel sympathy and some urge to comfort the girl though but I don't know it lowers testoterone level

It was in the news yesterday. Israeli scientists have discovered that there's a subtle odor given off by tears that lowers a man's testosterone level and causes him to walk away (not want to deal with it). Someone posted the story earlier in this thread.

Might also be worth noting the sample size - 6 women. Not sure how many men were involved. Statistically representative?

Or give the men estrogen and also anti-androgens to reduce testosterone?

Or just treat us nice? ;)
My hubby was just telling me his colleague bought his wife a new iron for christmas, and a new ironing board to match for their anniversary. Think if that was me my testosterone levels (yes I'm female) would rise enough for him to be wearing them.

Had to comment - a friend of mine got SNOW TIRES for Christmas. Yes, snow tires. Her husband thought it was a great gift; she thought it was a joke. It wasn't a joke.
Have to wonder (and it's no surprise that women cry. This would have done it for me).

Just before Christmas one year, one of the fastening hinges on the toilet seat in our only bathroom broke. The seat wiggled dangerously on the rim; using the toilet was treacherous, especially for our two young sons. I begged my husband to replace the seat, figuring he would quickly drive over to his favorite store, Home Depot. It didn't happen. Guess what my husband got that year as his only gift from me?

Okay, that's just too weird. That's what I got for Christmas this year, for the same reason!

What personality traits do Black Women have vs. Asian, Iranian or White Women?
[ 8 Answers ]
I would like to think of myself as a strong willed and independent African American woman, and have been recently dating a person who is from Iran. Now for the most part things are great but I have a feeling that he doesn't understand the personality traits of Black Women vs.the women he has dated...
