    What wed site do I go and make a cleaning contracts bid?

    The only sites that I am aware of that are legit are federal, state and municipalities that list the jobs going out for bid. You will find however that the bidding requirements are somewhat strict in that usually you need to be in this business for over 5 years and the insurance and bonding requirements are high.
