having error 0x00000015 in HP Deskjet F380
I'm using Windows 7 OS. For 3 years my printer was working good. But today I'm having a problem. Whenever I on my printer it's showing a error sign on the printer. The printing is going on fine but I can't scan. Whenever I try to scan something it gives me 0x00000015 error on my desktop. Please help me with this.
