    Civil Suit? Harassment? Privacy Policy?
Ok so from Daythe manager has been harassing me. He posted a personal hand written note on my door on day 3 of the first month that he had received my rent. I was angry, my rent had been mailied at the lease says I have until the 5th,I asked him not to post personal notes on my door again. There was some problem with the mail at his complex and he gotit later, he then posted a letter 4 pages all open faced exposed to the community that contained personal payment info as well as my persoanl email address and the name and address of my employer. I called and again asked him not to post my personal information, he then posted a response to an email I sent him with my email included. There have been several other things I complained to the owners and the changed the terms of my lease including lowering the deposit over 1200 and lowering my rent. I singed a new lease (he still didn't update some of the things that were not legal even after I notifed the owners in writing. I assumed the harassment would stop still going on. I have a lsit of dates and times and violations to the California law. What next? CIvil suit? Do I have a case?

Posting notice on the door is normal and standard method of giving notice in rentals, esp apartment complexes.

I have not seen what laws he has violated in your notice, but report him to the legal authorities that enforce those laws.

I see no case with the info you provided, I will assume there are laws broken that you did not provide

He was at first charging me over the amount charged for a deposit allowed in California. I asked him to break down the caulations he used, he sent it to me wrong 5 times. He tried to force me th sign that I had received the led based paint disclosue required by California law, when he never gave it to me. He finally gave it to me 2 months after move in. The meagans law disclosue was not included in lease. He trippled my deposit and raised the rent in which I applied for due to a unlawful detainer I had in 1991. I have never heard anything about this nor have is it on any of my credit reports. So he can post my personal information including my work address and name of employer?

Posting personal information in a public place can be actionable, especially if you can show there were other ways to contact you.

But you need to consult an attorney who can look at all your evidence and advise of the possibility of winning a case.
