    I am from india I want ssn for my baby
    Hi we came USA on sept'10,my husband having L1 Visa and mine is L2 Visa... we have a baby of 1 year.we just want to know weather we can get SSN for my baby or not.if so then how??

    You will NOT get the baby as SSN.

    However, by submitting Form W-7 with your tax return, you CAN get the baby an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), which, for tax purposes, is just as good.
