Why do I hear a clunk when I turn ON a tap?
Whenever I turn on a tap or the water starts to flow in the washing machine I hear a loud clunk. There is no noise when the water stops flowing, only when it starts flowing. Have tried hammer arresters and have checked water pressure level (it's fine) but problem remains. Have also tried bleeding the pipes - seems to help a little bit at first but then the problem quickly returns. Any suggestions?

The upsairs toilet will run as soon as you use any water in the house such as, turn on the tap or shower. It's a swedish push button toilet and doesn't have a normal bullcock, We have tried adjusting it but it still runs water into the pan as soon as you turn a tap on.
