    After being deported can a person file income tax?
    Iwas deported in 2010, and want to file my income taxes for the last time.Will I be traced by I.C.E?

    If you were deported, WHY would the I.C.E care?

    You CAN file your tax return and, assuming you owe no child support or back taxes elsewhere, get the refund either by check to your hoem country address or to your U.S. bank account.
