    I am 21 f and my hair is excessively falling out, I wake up and I'm covered in hair, go in the shower and it falls out in klumps but in long strands about 20 strands of hair come out. My hair is a lot thinner now, feels like I have no hair left. Not worth putting a boble in now. What shal I do. It is excessive.. help me please liane x

    Go to the doctor and have your iron levels checked. Iron deficient anemia can cause hair loss.
