Our town, hull ma. Put our abutters grinder pump on our property. Also the pipes are installed on our property. We were never notified nor was there an easement request to do this. We have been asking since August, 2010 to have this removed and they are somehow dragging their feet. What recourse do we have and can we charge the town for this infringement? Thanks so much

Didn't like the answers you got back in July and August 2010 on the same topic? I thought the subject was familiar.

I live in Orlando, Florida and I need to know what the laws are in this state governing breaking a lease. I was told that there is a law in Florida that states that you can break a lease by giving a 45 day notice. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Please let me know asap.
