    Generally speaking for many electronic gadgets, pressing and holding the clock button or certain related button for 5 seconds will put the gadget into setting mode. The display should blink. The knobs or some up/down buttons should work to change the settings. Pressing the clock button or the related buttons will also cycle the display to other functions.
